Heavy Duty 2" diameter all steel frame.
Starting with a high grade steel, every frame pipe and connector goes through a proprietary 13 step Rhino Shield surface preparation process. Steel frame is bonded with Dupont thermoset baked on powder coated finish that prevents chipping, peeling, rust and corrosion.
Solid 8 leg frame, complete with slip fit connectors and swedged tubing for easy assembly and bolt hardware at every connection point ensures a solid structure.
Polyester fabris cover with full valance and closed end design. 7.5oz. fabric cover is hot air fused at the seams and 100 percent waterproof with a Polyurethane interior lining that is double stitched and seam sealed with waterproof tape for optimal water resistance and drip-free seams.
3 Year life expectancy.
UV-treated inside and out with added fade lockers, anti-aging, anti-fungal agents results in a cover that withstands the elements.
Meets CPAI 84 Section 6 Compliant for FR rating.
