Shipping And Ordering information

Shipping is calculated by weight and zip code. All claims for missing parts must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Most 8'W, 10'W and 12'W buildings and greenhouses, 14'W party tents, anchors and accessories ship UPS , OR can be moved manually in the boxes they are packaged in.

Larger items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. Delivery will be done by a tractor/trailer (a big truck). The driver is only responsible for delivering (driving) the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number(s) you provide in your order. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set. The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. Some deliveries require meeting the driver/truck at the end of a street or subdivision in situations where the truck cannot enter the area due to city ordinances or low level wires/trees. It is advised to unband the boxes and pull the materials off the truck manually to avoid the lift gate charge to put in on the ground.

Any additional services, such as lift gate(driver unloads your order to the ground), or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost $135.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight carrier when delivery is scheduled or with us at time of purchase.

Your order may be delivered at least in part by truck due to the characteristics of what you have ordered. As the customer you are responsible for:

  1. Being sure that your address is capable of accepting this type of shipment.
  2. Being present for delivery to inspect and sign for your shipment.
  3. Notating any shipment damage or shortage on the freight bill.
  4. Unloading the entire order from the delivery truck.

All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.
